How to verify an official creator profile

Impersonation pages can look convincing. Verification should happen before you follow a payment link, subscribe, or share account information.

Start from an established public account

Look for the creator’s established social profile, official website, or recognized link hub. A familiar username alone is not proof. Check whether established accounts link back to the destination.

Read the complete domain name

Misspellings, extra words, and unusual subdomains can signal an imitation. HTTPS protects a connection but does not prove that a page belongs to a particular creator.

Compare identity signals

Look for consistent branding, posting history, communication style, and cross-links. Be cautious when a new profile creates urgency, promises unrealistic access, or requests payment outside a recognized platform.

Protect your account

Use a unique password and enable multi-factor authentication. Never send login codes, recovery phrases, identity documents, or full payment details through direct messages.
